Chris Dorsey
President
Chris is a long-time television industry executive with well-over 1500 hours of programming at Dorsey Pictures, including 150+ hours leading the frontier movement in Alaska-centric programming, successful programming in true crime and a thriving branded entertainment division that will celebrate its 25th-year anniversary in 2024. Rather than being limited to one sector of media, Dorsey’s extensive personal dealmaking extends to networks, syndicators, and some of the biggest brands in the world. Prior to launching Dorsey Pictures, Dorsey spent 17 years producing more than 50 series in the outdoor adventure genre for ESPN, ESPN2, NBC Sports Network and many more. Before beginning his career in television, Dorsey was a publishing executive, running some of the largest magazine titles in America. His work has appeared in a wide variety of national publications including The Wall Street Journal, Newsweek, Television Week, National Geographic, Writer’s Digest, and scores of outdoor adventure periodicals. He is the author of eleven books on adventure, natural history, and business subjects.

Antonietta Monteleone
Chief Executive Officer
Antonietta Monteleone is a 25-year film industry veteran. Her aim is to drive innovation, elevate audience engagement and accelerate the growth of cinematic offerings in the giant screen industry and related platforms. Prior to joining Mission Partners, Monteleone launched the distribution division and served as President of Cosmic Picture Distribution, overseeing all aspects of the company’s business and managing its growing portfolio of films. Prior to Cosmic, she served as Vice President of Film Distribution for National Geographic, where she released more than 20 iconic and award-winning giant screen films including, Sea Monsters: A Prehistoric Adventure, U2 3D, and Restrepo, among others. Monteleone began her career in the giant screen industry managing film distribution for nWave Pictures, a Belgian film studio where she managed film distribution to commercial and institutional theaters.

Derek Threinen
Executive Vice President, Distribution and Theater Development
Derek is a documentary film business innovator with 25 years’ experience in distribution, sales, marketing, production and operations in leading organizations across the museum and cultural cinema sphere. Prior to Mission Partners, he led D3D Cinema’s global giant-screen theater business as well as North American distribution for sister company Giant Screen Films, one a prolific producer of award-winning documentary content and the other the largest supplier in North America of cutting-edge giant-screen and immersive theater systems. Previously, he served as a digital cinema consultant for the Smithsonian Institution, as Director of Marketing for National Geographic’s giant-screen and special projects team, Theater Director for IMAX Corporation and the New England Aquarium, and has spent 15 years helping chart the course of the industry on the Giant Screen Cinema Association’s Board of Directors and Committees.

Amy Dorsey
COO (Chief Operating Officer)
Amy Dorsey is the Managing Director of Dorsey Pictures. Prior to Dorsey Pictures, Amy was a management consultant with Mercer Consulting. Dorsey Pictures is the world’s largest producer of outdoor adventure television programming having created more than 70 series over the last 15 years. Their work has appeared on a variety of networks including Outdoor Channel, ESPN, History, Discovery, National Geographic, HGTV, Travel, DIY, and many others. Amy resides in Denver Colorado with her husband, Chris Dorsey, and their sons Luke and Nate, all are passionate anglers and conservationists having pursued that passion across the globe.

Stephanie Sanet
Director Production Legal
Stephanie Sanet is a partner at Ritholz Levy Fields LLP practicing in New York City and concentrates her practice in unscripted television.
Stephanie counsels U.S. and international production companies on all aspects of their businesses including development, general business affairs and format issues, as well as production and clearance matters. She serves as production counsel on all types of unscripted audio visual programming including competition programs, crime shows, docusoaps, and on networks and platforms such as A&E, ABC, E!, Oxygen, NBC, CBS, Fox, History, Lifetime, VH1, truTV, CMT, National Geographic Channel, Bravo, Travel Channel, OWN: The Oprah Winfrey Network, HBO, as well as Discovery Communications, Netflix and HBO Max. Stephanie also represents independent producers, high level entertainment industry executives and showrunners.
Stephanie is an associate producer for the independent film “Live Free or Die” written and directed by Gregg Kavet & Andy Robin, award-winning “Seinfeld” writers and producers, as well as an executive producer of the NBC Sports documentary “Dark Horses”.
Stephanie completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Michigan and earned her J.D. at New York Law School.

Donna J. Naveo, CPA, MBA
Tax & Accounting Support
Donna Naveo has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1991 and a Partner at Spielman Koenigsberg & Parker, LLP since 2001. She concentrates on individual and corporate taxation and financial reporting for a wide range of clients in the fields of advertising, entertainment, media and professional practices. She specializes in Production Accounting for the entertainment industry.

Diane Roberts
Producer
Diane began her film career in the UK working on Feature Films, Documentaries, Commercials, Concert Films and Music Videos. Her IMAX® Career began with “Rolling Stones at the MAX”, the first IMAX Concert Film, and the first 90 minute IMAX® Film. She joined the IMAX® Natural History Unit in Bristol, working with Christopher Parsons OBE and Sir David Attenborough and produced the Academy award nominated “Fires of Kuwait”. Followed by Secrets Of Life on Earth and Survival Island.
Diane has a distinguished career and continues to be involved in the production of many IMAX® Films including:
All Access, Wolves, Straight Up, Journey to Mecca, Born to be Wild, Madagascar Island of Lemurs, Terrance Mailck’s Voyage of Time, Pandas 3D. Superpower Dogs, Great Bear Rainforest, Asteroid Hunters, Wings Over Water, The Heart of New England to name a few.

Trey Potter
Director of Branding & Partnerships
Trey has been immersed in the outdoor and conservation worlds since his youth. He was a nationally ranked-competitive skier and went on to graduate from the University of Mississippi. He worked in the fields of Sales and Account Management before joining MPEG. He is an avid sportsman with a passion for the outdoors and conservation interests.
